OREM, Utah – Runs have been abundant throughout the first two games of the NM State and Utah Valley baseball series. After combining for 40 runs on Friday night, the Aggies and Wolverines combined for 22 additional runs on Saturday afternoon. The Aggies were once again bested by Utah Valley in seven innings, falling 16-6 in Orem.
After Utah Valley jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, NM State got on the scoreboard in the second. led off the inning with a single before lifted his seventh home run of the season to right field, bringing the Aggies back within a run.
