DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference announced the All-WAC honors on Monday morning. Head coach Brooke Atkinson and the Aggies earned six individual accolades, including Atkinson for WAC Coach of the Year and Brooke Salas was named Player of the Year.
Coach Atkinson's first year at the helm saw her lead NM state to a 17-11 overall record and 11-3 mark in conference play. A win in the season finale earned the Aggies their fourth straight WAC Regular Season Championship, a conference record.
