LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Cat Kelly and Savannah Davison combined for 29 kills and the New Mexico State Volleyball team ran its winning streak to 11 games with a 25-16, 25-16, 25-21 sweep over Western Athletic Conference rival Seattle U on Saturday afternoon.
The Aggies (19-3, 9-0) got off to a fast start, opening a 16-8 lead on Seattle U (10-14, 1-9) midway through the first set. After the media timeout, the Redhwaks scored two-straight points before kills from Lia Mosher and Davison sparked an 8-1 NM State run for a 24-11 lead.
