LAS CRUCES, N.M. – With an outstanding performance at the National Invitational Tournament this week, New Mexico State senior Kenneth Fadke II has been selected the Western Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week.
A senior from Hobbs, N.M., Fadke posted three rounds of par or better in posting his best finish of the season. Fadke fired identical 2-under 70s on Sunday and Monday for the first two rounds of the tournament, then wrapped up the NIT with an even-par 72 to chalk up a 4-under 212. He tied for 10th individually, his best finish of the season.
