LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The NM State Women's Basketball program is proud to announce the hiring of Myron Brown as its new assistant coach, effective June 2, 2025.
A Detroit native, Brown brings nearly two decades of coaching experience to the Aggies, most recently serving as the Director of Player Development at Oakland University for the past two seasons. In this role, he played a key part in student-athlete development and program success.
Prior to his tenure at Oakland, Brown spent a season as an assistant coach at the University of North Florida, where he contributed to game planning, skill development, and recruiting efforts.
