NAMPA, IDAHO – New Mexico State Track and Field performed well on the second day of competition at the 2016 Western Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.
"We feel pretty good about the way our athletes competed today, particularly with our second place finishes and will all those that qualified for the final in various events," said assistant coach Larry Carmichael. "We had a couple of place where we had some hiccups, but overall if we can get some good performances in the finals tomorrow will make the best team showing that we can.
