LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The New Mexico State track and field team travels to Albuquerque on Friday as they compete in the first day of the New Mexico Classic.
"After having an open weekend from competition and an opportunity to extend training, we are looking for some improved times and distances this weekend," co-interim head coach Larry Carmichael said. "At the same, time we will be giving a few athletes who have not been in indoor competition the opportunity to demonstrate how they may contribute to the success of this team."
In their last meet, Keyarha Wilson and LaShya Cole set new personal records.
