LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The Aggies are champions for the second tournament in a row.
The NM State women's golf team claimed both the team and individual titles at the Aggie Invitational Wednesday, dominating the course and field en route to a 33-stroke victory. Sophomore earned her first collegiate win, finishing at five-under-par 211 to take home the individual trophy.
The entire Aggie fivesome finished in the top 25. Senior placed second at one-under-par 215, while freshman came in at two-over-par 218, tying for fifth.
Senior tied for 12th at four-over-par 220, and junior finished tied for 14th at six-over-par 222.
