NM State Concludes First Day at Border Olympics

LAREDO, Texas – Down in South Texas, NM State got off to a blistering start to the Border Olympics before cooling down slightly in the second round.

After eighteen holes, Alexandre Bauduin was tied for the lead at the Border Olympics after shooting a 69 (-3) in the opening round. Shooting an even 72 in the opening round, Aidan Thomas was also helping pace the Aggies.

Play was suspended on Monday night with play nearly complete in the second round. When play halted, NM State was in a tie for eighth place with Illinois State and Wright State.
