ALBUQERQUE, N.M. – The NM State Track & Field team closed out their time at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational on Saturday, as well as finishing out the regular season. Thobile Amon recorded a top-five performance into an all-time NM State record, while Jhana Downie claimed the third best time in Aggie history with a sixth-place performance in the 400m. Along with them, numerous other student-athletes turned in career-best performances.
They say good things come in pairs, and Thulisile and Thobile Amon have proven just that through their performances at NM State.
