SACRAMENTO, Calif. – New Mexico State track and field started competition at the NCAA West Preliminary from Hornet Stadium on Thursday. Five athletes represented the Crimson and White during the first day at the three-day meet.
During the first round of the 100m dash, placed 26, clocking in at 11.71. also competed in the event, recording a time of 11.88 to come in 41.
In the 400m, clocked in with a time of 54.02 to finish in 30. took home 41 in the 1,500m race when the senior posted a time of 4:30.26 in the event.
