TEMPE, Ariz. – The New Mexico State volleyball team continued its run at the Sun Devil Classic the Wells Fargo Arena when the team took on Arizona State. The Aggies came up short as they were swept by the Sun Devils 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.
How it Happened
NM State (1-1) fell behind early in the first set and four-point rally gave ASU (2-0) a 10-4 lead over the Aggies. New Mexico State could not find its momentum and found its deficit growing larger and an ace by the Sun Devils left the Aggies trailing by seven late in the set.
