LUBBOCK, Texas – The New Mexico State Aggies are 12th after the first two rounds of the Red Raider Invitational at The Rawls Course on the Texas Tech campus on Friday.
The Aggies posted a first round 301 and followed it with a second round 302 to close the first day at 603. NM State is three strokes behind Texas State in 11th at 600, four behind Cal Poly in 10th at 599 and 18 strokes ahead of Tulsa in 13th.
NM State paced on Friday by the play of the Macias sisters from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
