Complete WAC Release In an announcement made Tuesday morning by the league office, NM State women's tennis freshman Bella Nguyen claimed the title of WAC Singles Athlete of the Week. The honor is the first of Nguyen's collegiate career. A perfect weekend in singles action allowed Nguyen aid the Aggies in going 1-2 through their three-match stretch last week. Nguyen scored her first singles triumph of 2021 and started her individual three-match singles winning streak by taking down New Mexico's Hsiang-Wen Huang 6-2, 6-2 in fifth-flight play.
