RENO, Nev. – Hannah Leitner scored twice and the New Mexico State soccer team kept the best start in program history rolling with a 3-2 win against former WAC rival Nevada in Reno in on Sunday afternoon. NM State pushed its record to 3-0 for the first time in program history.
"What a tremendous weekend, two get two results with all sorts of unknowns and travel, the grittiness of our team is really starting to come to the forefront," said head coach Rob Baarts. "We're understanding how to keep a lead.
