DENVER – New Mexico State women's tennis junior Rimpledeep Kaur was named the Western Athletic Conference Player of the Week once again on Tuesday the league announced.
Kaur has now won three of the last four player of the week honors after finishing the WAC regular-season with a perfect 5-0 mark in both singles and doubles play. She teamed up with Marie-Pier Thiffault for an undefeated run in conference play as well.
The junior finished last weekend 4-0, capturing wins over Grand Canyon's Tatum Prudhomme 6-0, 6-4 and Chicago State's Mariya Kostyuk 6-3, 6-3 at the top singles flight.
