COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. – NM State men's golf senior started his 2019-20 campaign in impressive fashion Friday, shooting a one-under-par 71 in the first round of the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational at the Blue Course of the Eisenhower Golf Club.
Kahlon, tied for 13 place after the opening round, led the way for the Aggies, who sit in 15 place (300, +12) through the first 18 holes. Senior followed closely behind Kahlon, firing an even-par 72 to tie for 19 place.
Freshman shot a six-over-par 78 in his first collegiate round, while senior came in at seven-over 79.
