LAS CRUCES, N.M. – On Monday afternoon, it was announced that Maka Jackson will be joining Jody Adams' coaching staff for the 2023-24 season, making her the third addition to the staff in the last week.
"After spending this season recruiting at South GA Tech, it didn't take long for Maka to gain my respect as a young assistant coach by how she worked" Said coach Adams. "I loved Maka's serve first attitude, her work ethic & her respectful relationships she created throughout the team. Our conversations grew every time I was in town recruiting. By the questions she asked, you knew she wanted to learn, that she cared about the student athletes, and she wants to become a good assistant.
