DENVER –New Mexico State diver MacKinna Hauff earned Diver of the Week honors for the first time in the 2017-18 season, the Western Athletic Conference announced on Tuesday.
Hauff, who hails from Edmonton, Canada, had a breakthrough weekend against Idaho on Nov. 10th as she broke the NM State record for the three-meter dive with a score of 312.20 to place second. The record was previously held by 2009 diving member Mariesa Cloud (310.05). Hauff went on to finish in first-place against the Vandals in the one-meter diving event with a score of 305.
