Former NM State Player Rose Signed to Free Agent Contract with LA Rams

OXNARD, Calif. – Former NM State football corner back Winston Rose has signed a free agent contract with the Los Angeles Rams, announced the team Saturday. Rose spent three seasons with the Aggies.

Rose worked out with the Rams on April 16 and received strong feedback about his performance. During NM State's Pro Day, Rose had a 4.38 40-yard dash time. During the workout with the Rams, he had a 1.5 10-yard split.

"[The workout] couldn't have gone any better," said Rose. "It was very exciting. I was a little nervous. Once I felt comfortable after the first drill, everything was in place.
