DENVER - As a result of a 3-0 showing in doubles action last weekend at the H-E-B Tournament of Champions, the NM State men's tennis tandem of Luis Flores and Martin Simecek was named the WAC Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week it was announced by the league office Tuesday morning.
A senior from Toluco, Mexico, Flores teamed with Simicek - a sophomore out of Prerov, Czech Republic - to move to a perfect 4-0 on the 2020 season in doubles action.
