STANFORD, CALIF. – The first round of the Peg Barnard Invitational in Stanford, Calif. came to a close on Saturday as the New Mexico State women's golf team sits in a tie for eighth place out of 12 teams.
As a squad, the Aggies shot a round total of 303 (+19) as their 57 holes for par are good for third on the board. Individual play for the Aggies features two golfers sitting in the top-20.
Kristen Cline and Kennedie Montoya each fired a first round score of 75 (+4) which put them in a tie for 20th.
