LAS CRUCES, N.M. – NM State football continues to earn preseason recognition as eight Aggies were named to the Athlon Sports 2025 Preseason Conference USA All-Conference Team, announced Monday. The honors span all three phases of the game, with four players earning spots on the defensive teams, three on offense and one on special teams.
Leading the way for the Aggies are Gabe Peterson and Tyler Martinez, who both secured First Team Defense honors. Joining them on the defensive side are Sone Aupiu and Dakerric Hobbs, who were named to the Second Team Defense.
