LAREDO, Texas – NM State began its weekend in East Texas as they played rounds one and two at the Border Olympics at The Laredo Country Club on Monday. Following the first day of action, the Aggies are tied for 13th place after shooting a combined 585 (+4) over the first 36 holes of the two-day tournament.
Joined by 16 other programs, including host Houston, Conference USA foe Sam Houston and day one leader Illinois State, the Aggies were led by sophomore Javier Delgadillo who finished the day with a pair of 71s to end tied for 20th on the individual leaderboard.
