LUBBOCK, T.X. – Day one of the Corky Classic is officially in the books and number of Aggies put up impressive performances, including a couple of first place finishes and some personal records.
The day started off with the women's weight throw which saw five Aggies take the circle looking to leave their mark. Phethisang Makhethe took home the top overall spot in the event after a personal best throw of 19.
