LAS CRUCES, N.M. – It was quite the Championship Saturday for New Mexico State softball. The Aggies defeated the Seattle U 15-14 in walk-off fashion before shutting out the Redhawks 10-0 to claim the Western Athletic Conference Championship title. Victoria Castro, Samaria Diaz, Misty Hoohuli and Rachel Rodriguez earned All-Tournament honors with Rodriguez winning the coveted Most Valuable Player award.
