DENVER - After becoming the first NM State women's tennis duo to win back-to-back doubles matches in 2020, the junior tandem of Harsha Challa and Gavi Kalaga earned the title of WAC Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week it was announced by the league office in a press release issued Tuesday morning.
Last weekend in Las Cruces, N.M., the Aggies started a seven-match home stand by going 1-1 in non-conference matches against Wyoming and Montana State. NM State dropped their tilt to Wyoming, 5-2, but bounced back and claimed a 7-0 shutout win over Montana State Sunday morning.
