LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State women's basketball forward Brianna Freeman is set to graduate from NM State on Saturday with multiple accolades to her credit. Freeman was not only a stand-out athlete on the court for a successful Aggie program, but she also earned an electrical and computer engineering degree in just four-and-a-half years as a student-athlete.
Following the great achievement NM State Electrical and Computer Engineering Associate Department Head Steven Stochaj said, "Few students would attempt to undertake a degree in electrical and computer engineering along with the rigors of participating in a Division I sport.
