COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Entering Monday, the Aggies trailed Valparaiso by three shots. Entering Tuesday's final round, NM State will sit atop the leaderboard by three shots. As a team, the Aggies shot eight-under on Monday, led by Alexandre Bauduin's five-under 67. Previously, Bauduin had shot five-under at the PING Cougar Classic before matching the figure to skyrocket 69 spots up the leaderboard in Colorado.
Alvaro Morales continues to shine for NM State in the opening part of the season. The El Espinar, Spain native posted four birdies on his way to a two-under round.
