LAS CRUCES, N.M. - After ending 2022 winners of four of their last five matchups, NM State (8-8, 3-1 WAC) kept the momentum going into 2023, picking up a 61-43 win against Tarleton (6-8, 0-3) Saturday afternoon at the Pan American Center. Molly Kaiser led the Aggies in scoring for the fourth time this season with 13 points, while Taylor Donaldson added in 11 points with four helpers and Shania Harper recorded her first double-double of the season. The Aggies never trailed, leading for all but 15 seconds throughout the game.
