After opening its 2021 season in the state of California, the NM State women's golf team travels to Tucson, Ariz., and will be one of 16 teams competing in the two-day Arizona Wildcat Invitational at the Sewailo Golf Club Monday and Tuesday.
The par-72, 6,627-yard course is one the Aggies navigated well one season ago. In their final tournament before the COVID-19 pandemic put an end to all NCAA sports, NM State posted a runner-up finish in the 11-team tournament last year led by Alex Quihuis' sixth-place finish.
