FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Aggie divers concluded its final day at the Lumberjack Diving Invite to put a cap on their pre-championship schedule.
A trio of Aggies competed in the three-day event in the Grand Canyon State as Italia Aranzabal, Kate Malinowski and Casey Schmidt all took to the boards this weekend. Both Aranzabal and Malinowski qualified for the finals in the 3-meter event while all three Aggies reached the finals in 1-meter event and Schmidt posted her best finish of the weekend in the platform event.
The three Aggies joined divers from four other institutions, including a pair of WAC programs in Idaho and Northern Arizona as they began competing in the 3m dive on Friday morning.
