LOS ANGELES – The New Mexico State diving team wrapped up its time at the UCLA Diving Invitational with the platform event on Sunday.
"The girls competed extremely well today on platform," said diving coach Miranda King. "They both competed a new dive for the first time and they both went well. This was our third time on platform this season, and we are still working on increasing their difficulty. Our training trip to the University of Arizona two weeks ago put them in a great place to compete this morning. Most of the schools here compete platform at least once a week, if not more.
