LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State track and field team will travel to San Marcos, Texas to compete in the Bobcat Invitational, hosted by Texas State this week. The meet will take place over Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
"This meet will be our strongest test so far this season," said assistant coach Larry Carmichael. "We have had a couple of meets to get into the swing of things, but this week we will get a chance to measure ourselves against a high level of competition. This meet will do a good job of showing us where we really are in several events.
