LAS CRUCES, N.M. – In conjunction with the Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Hispanic Heritage Night promotion, the New Mexico State men's basketball team will be unveiling new uniforms for its game against Battle of I-10 rival UTEP in the Pan American Center.
The white jerseys with "Los Aggies" written across the chest will be worn this Friday, Dec. 30, as NM State looks to sweep the Miners for the second season in a row, tipoff at 7 p.m. (MT).
"We wanted to do something special to celebrate the Hispanic Community here in the southwest in addition to our Hispanic Heritage Night," NM State Director of Athletics Mario Moccia said.
