ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. – The New Mexico State men's golf team wrapped up day one of the Cal Poly Shootout on Monday. In the play-six, score-five tournament the Aggies sit in a tie for second out of nine teams with a two-round total of 715 (-5).
Team play was led by Luis Medina who sits alone in first place with scores of 65-68—133 (-11). Behind the senior is Michael McGilton who posted totals of 74-69—143 (-1) to complete the first day of competition in a tie for 15th.
