DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference announced its baseball players of the week on Monday morning. Following a historic weekend in a series sweep of Mississippi Valley State the Aggies saw Noah Haupt and Kyle Bradish earn WAC Hitter and Pitcher of the Week, respectively.
Haupt was instrumental in the Aggies' record-setting weekend, totaling 11 runs and 15 RBIs on the week. Haupt was 11-for-15 from the plate with six extra-base hits, posting a .611 batting average to go along with a 1.222 slugging percentage and .625 on-base percentage.
The freshman's biggest game came in NM State's 39-0 win over Mississippi Valley State on Friday night, going 6-for-7 with a double, two home runs, six runs scored and 10 RBIs.
