LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State (15-4, 5-0 WAC) notched their fourth-straight sweep with a 25-19, 25-17, 27-25 win over UT Rio Grande Valley (12-7, 3-2 WAC) on Saturday. The Aggies have now won nine-straight matches and hold a two-game lead in the Western Athletic Conference.
"I thought we did a lot of really good things today," said head coach Mike Jordan. "I didn't like the way we served it in the last set. We served it kind of lame and they were in system a lot. We played really good defense for the most part.
