Aggies Sweep Doubleheader Against North Dakota

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Dominant starting pitching helped New Mexico State (29-20, 17-6) sweep Saturday's doubleheader against North Dakota (8-33, 4-19). Both Marcel Renteria and Kyle Bradish pitched their best outings of the season in the twin bill, with neither allowing a run. The 6-0 and 4-0 wins were the first shutout wins for the Aggies since shutting out Seattle U 4-0 on May 17, 2013.

GAME ONE

Junior Marcel Renteria shut down the Fighting Hawks offense striking out a career high 12 batters and only allowing three hits over his seven innings pitched in the 6-0 win.
