DENTON, Texas - The New Mexico State women's tennis team got off to a difficult start to begin the 2020 season, dropping a 7-0 non-conference decision to SFA Saturday on the campus of North Texas.
The Aggies got off to a rough start, dropping the doubles point before shifting over to singles action. On the top line, Harsha Challa and Gavi Kalaga fell 6-3 to the Ladyjack tandem of Gabi Guilarte and Ai Noa Fabre. SFA locked up the doubles point when Nida Kamal and Annie Walker walked away with a 6-3 win over Chloe Gavino and Bella Nguyen on line two.
