LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The NM State track and field teams announced three signees for Doug Reynold's 2021-22 class. Jahnya Hill, Kayla O'Connell and Victoria Ovalles have each signed to compete for the Aggies in the upcoming track seasons.
Hill comes from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where she competed for the Northeast High School Hurricanes. Hill has had a very successful career with the Hurricanes. Hill finished her senior season with an 11th-place finish in the 400m dash at the Florida 3A Track and Field State Championships. Hill also helped the Hurricanes to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m relay and a fifth-place finish in the 4x800m relay.
