ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Sage Doxtater,a 6-foot-7, 320-pound offensive tackle, has signed a scholarship agreement with the team and will enroll in classes for the spring 2016 semester, the school said Tuesday. Doxtater will join the Aggies for spring practice drills.
Doxtater previously attended Canada Prep Academy under Geoff McArthur, a former NFL wide receiver.
“We are extremely excited for Sage to get here and join the Aggie football family,” said Aggies coach Doug Martin. “His size and athletic ability will allow him to compete for playing time early in his career, and his arrival for the spring semester gives him a great chance to learn our offense and reap the benefits of our off-season strength program.
