LAS CRUCES — New Mexico State sophomore forward Pascal Siakam passed 100 career blocks on Saturday with three in the Aggies’ 80-62 win over Chicago State, giving him 102 in his career.
Siakam passed Johnny Roberson, who had 98 blocks from 1985-89, for seventh on the NMSU career blocks list on Thursday and is 14 blocks away from Charles Gosa, who had 116 career blocks from 1995-99. The school record for career blocks is James Moore, who had 200 from 2000-03.
“It’s pretty cool,” Siakam said about the achievement.
