LAS VEGAS – The New Mexico State women's golf team wrapped up a shortened day one of play at the Rebel/Beach Invitational on Monday at the Spanish Trail Country Club. In the second round, play was called off due to darkness and in the first round the Aggies shot a 317 (+29) to sit in 16th place.
Pun Chanachai who fired a four-over, 76, to put the golfer in a tie for 24th, led team play for NM State. Dominique Galloway followed two strokes behind at 78 (+6) and is tied for 48th after 18 holes of play.
