SEATTLE – New Mexico State women's cross country finished third and men's cross country finished fifth at the Western Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday. Utah Valley claimed the women's title and UMKC won the men's title.
In total the Aggies had four student-athletes named to All-WAC teams. For the women, junior was named First Team All-WAC, while junior and sophomore were named Second Team All-WAC. For the men, senior was named Second Team All-WAC. Additionally, was named the WAC Women's Freshman of the Year.
In the Women's 5k, NM State was paced by , who finished sixth with a time of 18:24.
