LAREDO, Texas – The Aggies were in need of a strong showing and that is exactly what they turned in on the final day of the Border Olympics University Golf Tournament at The Laredo Country Club on Tuesday morning. Following a day in which the top four Aggies combined to post the best final round team score of the tournament, NM State landed a 10th place finish as a team – shooting a 277 (-11) on Tuesday to finish with an 862 (-2) for the week.
The stellar day jetted the Aggies three spots up the team leaderboard while a trio of Aggies finished under par for the day to each finish tied for 31st or better.
