LAS CRUCES, N.M. – NM State returned home after a weekend away and remained perfect against WAC opponents on their home courts as they defeated Sam Houston 6-1 on Friday morning.
After coming up just a hair short in doubles play, the Aggie squad more than made up for it as not a single NM State player fell in singles action to help the Aggies move to 3-2 in league play this season.
- The dominant senior duo of Miranda Bishard and Bella Nguyen teamed up once again and gave the Aggies their first set victory of the day as they took down Sam Houston's Vianne Schwab and Linn Svaerd 6-4 on line two.
