LONG BEACH, Calif. – New Mexico State track and field completed the Beach Invitational at Jack Rose Track on Saturday.
Lashira Tremble came in eighth for the 100m, running a wind-aided time of 11.64. Keosha Sanders ran 11.98 in the event, taking 14th.
In the 400m, Lanie Whelpley was the top NM State finisher, placing 26th with a time of 56.86. Takiyah Johnson recorded a time of 57.65 when she finished in 42nd. Moselle De Los Santos came in 62nd when she posted a time of 58.
