@AggieArmy Shoots Its Way Into Championship Game

LAS VEGAS – The much anticipated rematch between New Mexico State and CSU Bakersfield has come to fruition as NM State defeated UMKC 78-60 late Friday night and into Saturday morning at the Orleans Arena.

With the win, NM State moves to 27-5 overall on the year and tied Lou Henson's 1969-70 Final Four team for the most wins in program history.

The Aggies will also be making its sixth-straight appearance in the Western Athletic Conference Tournament title game and ninth total appearance since joining the league 12 years ago.

and tied for a game-high 18 points while four other Aggies were hovering around the double-digit mark with eight or nine points.
