Complete WAC Release
DENVER - After winning their first home match in 455 days, a trio of NM State men's tennis players picked up some Western Athletic Conference accolades.
In a release issued by the WAC Tuesday morning, Aggie senior Nicolas Buitrago took home the title of WAC Men's Tennis Singles Athlete of the Week while junior Louis Menard and freshman Jordy Visser were heralded as the league's Doubles Team of the Week.
For Buitrago, it marks the second time in 2021 that the Bogotá, Colombia, native has been lauded as the league's Singles Athlete of the Week.
